The University of Tennessee-Knoxville School of Music and Dr. Maria Castillo would like to invite you to the 3rd edition of the Vols Flute Fest (VFF). Following our mission to develop a close and supportive flute community in East Tennessee and surrounding areas, we welcome students, teachers, amateur and professional flutists to join us during this 2-day event.

There will be masterclasses, presentations, flute choir reading sessions, chamber music coachings, concerts and recitals throughout the 2 days and an exhibition room. For our 2022 Festival we are thrilled to welcome Prof. Jennifer Grim, faculty at the University of Miami Frost School of Music as our Guest Artist, along with local flutists Devan Jaquez, Principal Flute at the Knoxville Symphony and Jill Bartine, 2nd flute of the Knoxville Symphony and yoga instructor for this year’s VFF faculty.

Come join us, bring your flutes and love for music, as we promise an inspiring weekend of community development and music making at the Vols Flute Fest!
